Live tennis games on TV

Hi,
I want to see live tennis games on TV so I can bet live on games,the problem is I don't know which TV channel shows live tennis games,can anybody help me?
I know there are Eurosport 1 and 2 that shows grand slams and very important tournaments but they usually don't show less important games.(in case country I am living in is important,I live in Italy)

Not sure about European TV stations. They show a hell of a lot more tennis than here in the U.S. You can always stream a ton of matches on the internet. http://www.thefirstrow.eu/ and http://www.livescorehunter.com/ are two of the best.
