He is what he is, an aging guy who slums it @ these clay tourneys to collect a check and maybe some bigger prize money as he moves on. Cervantes is the youth here and he's had plenty of battles on dirt. He's been playing Bundesliga between Challenger events, going up against the likes of Roger-Vasselin & Fognini recently, beating both. He seems past some lower back problems that plagued him in early July. I think he is trending back upward. I don't know if he wins today, but I expect a competitive match here and think the odds are pretty generous considering the vulnerability of Montanes at times in recent tournaments.
