Jankovic as favorite at -170? Isn't Peng favored in this match at -3 in spread?

Peng is the favorite on this and not Jankovic. Books are trying to reel in heavy action on Jankovic with that line. Don't get tricked into taking Jankovic. She's a total nutcase and her form sucks. That line says it all, Peng will take this.

I'm on Jankovic.

She's lost so many matches to inferior players in the last couple of months (becoming the most unprofitable WTA player in the process, see here: http://matchstat.com/BetRating/ ) that even Peng is favoured over her. Wow. How many more can she lose like that? She will win a match one of these days... and I've got to take her now that she's paying almost three to one, as opposed to some other time. Her chances of winning in my estimation are slightly more than 50%...

You guys are taking the same Donald Young mentality of "he's gotta win sometime" which is a sure way to burn money. Bettors keep getting buried now 17 losses in a row. A washed up player with no mental game in addition to having lost most of her physical skills to compete professionally.....thats not a 50% win probability.

To each his own.....guess people like burning their money in different ways......gl though.

That line was so obvious. Something had to be up for PENG to be favored by -170......Jankovic should just hang it up, what a total choke job...absolutely no mental game which is crucial in tennis....tried to warn ya guys.

Nothing was up. Jankovic is just losing a lot... she needs to rethink her life. We've seen it before. When Jankovic didn't close it after being up 6-3 in the third set tiebreaker, I had to make a decent size bet on Peng at 6 all... Didn't think Jankovic's state of mind at that time would help her win... and it didn't.

^^^^^Rethinking her life won't help. The chic is done. Physical talents are gone. Books are using her name to make money off bettors who think she still has something left in the tank. She'll continue to lose....she can barely keep up with a practice rally session.
