WTF Strange Line Movement on Tipsa-Cilic game?

Tipsa was -120 this morning. (Midnight according to US Time)
Right now, he is +118.

Any injury rumors etc?

The line movement is typical for tennis and my guess is the line.movement is due strictly to cilic head to head record vs tipsy... I'm here and no injury for tipsy... he was practicing fine.
