Taking TIPSAVERIC over CILIC ....ROGERS CUP 10AM

Late money coming in on Cilic....Tipsaveric was at -135 last night, Cilic at -120 currently. It could be public money putting to much on the head to head. I like Tipsaveric at this number. Even though Cilic holds the head to head 6-1, Tipsaveric's form on hardcourts this year is better than Cilic.

Cilic has been beaten by the likes of Dancevic, Fat Dave, and Niemenen on hard this year so he hasnt been exactly lights out on this surface. At -135 it was a no play but at pick em, I can see some value on Tipsy here.

Perhaps some slight luck for Tipsy. The wet weather may come into play. Cilic's serve might not be a potent weapon today due to the damp weather. Balls will be slightly heavier. Edge to Tipsaveric if it ends up being a baseline rallies match.

I hope they get this match in today as well because the wet conditions will favor Tipsaveric imo. Dont forget what happened at CITI last week. Similar situation where Haas was winning and had all momentum. After the rain delay, the moist conditions played havoc on Haas's first serve. It didnt have as much pop and Dolgopolov was able to pound it for the rest of the match. These conditions favor baseliners.

Of couse just my opinion if you're looking for any edge.

i like cilic but i know i'm in the minority. just haven't been that impressed with tipsy lately and cilic is the better player. i'm actually a big fan of tipsaravic. i just think he's the fun player to bet on in this match, and cilic is the logical one. i think cilic, shows up tomorrow, not sure if tipsy will. even if tipsy does cilic has got a chance. i like my odds on cilic.

I'm new to betting tennis. Im seeing Tipsy at +116 but the spread is -1.5 @ -110. Cilic is -132 +1.5 @ -110. Shouldn't Tipsy be at +1.5 since he's the underdog?

h2h is 6-1 in cilic's favor and i believe cilic is much more talented
for me this is no bet as cilic is so unreliable(yes, he cost me many cheese burgers ) and the current odds seem just about right to me

if both play their best, cilic will win as he's got more power and a better shotmaker.
