Yeah this is a 500 level event, not some 250 throw-away. This tournament is probably going to be tough for the 1st couple rounds because of all the players travelling back from London and getting back onto hard courts.

Dolgopolov didn't need anything to be an avoid play. If you've followed his career, this is kind of his M.O. Look great for a week and then fukk off.
