%55 on +125 means %23.75 Edge. (%55 x 2.25 = 123.75. 123.75-100)

If you believe you have %60-70 chance to win a +125 wager, then you're living in wonderland I guess..

In sports betting, any value above %5 is good. Anything above %10 is very good. Anything above %20 is precious. I suggest you to be more realistic. If you pick dog in a coin flip game, it means you're getting great value. It's not a coin flip game btw, coin flip is %50-50)

Many people are usually "too sure" about their bets, claiming outrageous %80-90 win percentage. These are not realistic..
