In America, NBC has the broadcasting rights for the olympic games. You might be able to get it on the tennis channel too. Anyway, since nbc is always showing swimming and whatever, you can stream the games you actually want to see in HD from their website:

You can watch everything online if your cable/internet company is set up with them (NBC Olympic deal). They stream through youtube and the quality is excellent.
