why does the rain start when play starts in atl?

ps - russell comes to play when matches are in america. i just couldn't pull the trigger on the anderson ML, nothing I liked to parlay it with so I took the value with him in straight sets...but if anderson's first service game was any indication, he's in for a dogfight.

I narrowly escaped that first set. Russell had set point and Anderson w/ a second serve at 4-5 and he saved it and squeaked out that breaker. Cmon Kevin. Easy part done, now your work begins to close it out in straights.
