Can he channel his Wimbledon disappointment into something positive and win the gold medal? Priced at better than +650.

No. He chokes every time. Give up on him. 3 players way better than him anyways.

Roger Federer and Serena Williams have never won medals at the Olympics in singles. This is one time you really should pay alot of attention to doubles and mixed doubles, people want medals anyway they can get them. I would say Roger grabs the one thing that eludes him but Federer actually lost to James Blake in 2008 and has never done much in his 3 olympics. He did win a gold in 2008 in doubles with Wawrinka. A gold is a gold.
Djokovic or Federer probably

Murray will never win a Grand Slam (or Olympics gold Medal) in his career..except if only Nadal, Djokovic & Fed broke their leg and cant play in tournament.

He might feel as if the pressure is off after the Wimbledon choke-job. He at the very least could be poised for another finals bid as he seems like his head is in the right place:
“I am desperate to win a gold at the Olympics,” he said. “It would be the *ultimate moment.
“To me, the Olympics is the biggest sporting competition by miles.
“What’s good for me, and gives me a chance of doing well, is that I’m at home and with friends and family. I can go home in the evening to see them and it’s a lot more relaxing than other periods of the year.
“And I get to spend time in my own bed, which is a luxury for a tennis player. There will be pressure and stress and what not. But it will be a great tournament, sandwiched in between Wimbledon and the US Open.

Nadal pulled out. Futures off board. Price on Murray will drop.

Murray will not win because he will either lose to players better than him (federer and Djokovic) or he will choke before that. He can't overcome both.

Wimbledon Choke Job Lou? Losing to the GOAT and your man crush is a choke job? Dare say if the weather had held off and they got to play it all outdoors, Andy would have pushed Roger to the end moreso. The indoor environment change really changed the entire complexion of the match.

He choked when he failed to take advantage of double breakpoints in the second set. He choked every set after. Blame the conditions all you want. He blew it.

The eventual outcome wouldn't have changed. Murray played SO well that first set, but Federer was going to make necessary adjustments, and until I see Murray prove otherwise, I have to kinda agree w/ Lou...

Cannot believe you aren't just saying Federer was dominant. That is your dude Lou. He will be pissed to hear you say Andy handed him the match.
Until you are up 2 sets or at match point, I don't see the choke job. I see the better player making better plays and that is why Federer won. It isn't like Murray was throwing errors all over. Federer had way more of those.
You make it sound like this was Tsonga @ the French.

Why would it? You didn't predict anything. I was wrong, along with some other posters it appears, but that's it.

Even if you've posted that you bet this price, it's a terrible bet like most futures bets. Fair odds on that probably well over +1000
