By the looks of it, I think many ppl suffered in todays games. Chardy backers got hit with a classic choke-job by him. Vinci probably killed some parlays. And now Nishikori gonna go down after leading the 1st set tie break 5-2.

These next matches might provide some more drama =/

Probably just gonna play Radwanska

Tell me about it. This week is arguably the hardest of this season because it's this weird transitional week between grass and hard-court season, but there are also a few clay tournaments. I decided to just use this week as a chance to throw money away while I experiment with this system I'm developing. Of course, my system plays were awful today ... went 0-for on those.

Fortunately, I stopped listening to the system's picks and won a recovery bet. I'm thrilled to basically break even today after all of these weird results. Now, I'll just kick around some money on these other matches for entertainment purposes. Stress levels need to go down for a while. lol.

Yeah I'd be surprised if someone could develop a system that would predict the kind of shit that's been going down this week

There only a handful of players that should be backed in some of these tournaments...rest are all coin-flip matches.

so anyone seen this Burdette girl and has any idea how she managed to beat Keothavong in her first ever WTA match?

Bartoli has Final pts to defend here from last year so she has to show up... thinking fartoli on HC or games under...

Keothavong isn't nearly as good as Bartoli, but Burdette did dig out of a couple of holes to win that match. I was impressed with some parts of her game ... she can produce some good winners, and she played okay in the rallies. Her serve isn't world class by any means, but she could obviously have a future as a small-time professional if she won her first WTA match.

I feel Burdette is mentally strong and does not allow anyone to intimidate her, but she is going to get outclassed by Bartoli. The win over Keothavong was a big upset, but knocking off Bartoli would be even crazier than Rosol beating Nadal IMO. I'll put $5 or $10 on Burdette to have a rooting interest, but I figure I'm flushing that money down the toilet.

Of course, this is assuming Bartoli cares enough to win ...

Radwanska is really starting to misfire after going up 3-1 in the second set. It's disappointing to see her get so tight when everything was going her way, but that's WTA for you ...

Wow, what a big shot down the line by Radwanska to get the break. Erakovic really screwed up that service game, but if that's what it takes for Radwanska to pull this one out, so be it.

Of course, Erakovic breaks right back ... Radwanska's dumb a*** thinks the point is over at 0-30, allowing Erakovic to win the point with an easy shot. Then she hits a shot that landed five feet past the baseline. WTA

Three good rallies from Radwanska after falling behind 0-30 in that final game.

Way to dig in and overcome a lot of missed opportunities, Radwanska. That's a nice hit to start the night, because I fully expect to lose my two plays on the heavy underdogs.
