He was not 100% ready for Halle but played some exhibition matches on grass this week.

Tuesday 19th June:
Lleyton Hewitt d. Kei Nishikori 7-6(4), 6-3

Wednesday 20th June:
Kei Nishikori d. Mardy Fish 6-4, 3-6, 10-8

So he is healthy enough to play.
