Stepanek has beaten him 4/4 times but Seppi looks like the better player right now. Thoughts?

I thought about this myself but Stepankik has looked just as bad as Seppi has looked good lately. He lost in straight sets last week in a Challenger. With that said, I do think Seppi is a bit overvalued hear coming off his Djovorik match at the French. I'm going to stay away better more predictable matches today,Comment -
