    Slight favorites have been rolling
I've always thought the kiss of death for a tennis player was to be a -120 to -200 favorite. With tennis for degenerate after hours gamblers, it seems that those lines are ripe for the picking by gamblers chasing losses, and frequently lose.

The last 24 hours have seen a number of small favorites cash.

    Which leads us to:

    Andy Murray .

Much like Tipsy, what big match has Gasquet ever won? Oddsmakers are suggesting Gasquet is a live dog at these odds for sure.

I'm going to roll with the slight favorite this time.

I'm on Murray. The line is low due to his back spasms but he showed no ill effects since the 2nd round.

      It is low.

Murray has played poorly against Gasquet, who is in great form, at home.

I just think in a Major, with Dr Lendl in charge of his mind, he brings too much firepower to a five setter.

      Good luck

I don't think it's low due to the back injury. I think it's accurate because Gasquet played solid tennis on clay/beat him in Rome and Murray was so-so on clay before and after the injury. If Murray had beaten him in Rome and not gotten whipped in the last two sets of that match - probably be closer to -200.

Gasquet is playing well....but i just get the feeling he's gonna go into Gasquet-Choke mode sometime in this match.

Murray playing like dog shite. Had all momentum at 4-2, 40-30, and gets broken.

More money pissed away on a mental midget.

Gasquet double faults away the second set in a game he led 40-15.

                    This could get ugli(er).

For an encore, Gasquet double faults away his first service game of set three.

Bet 365 quickly moves Murray match odds from 1/2 to 1/4.

Way to overreact after 1 bad set. Gasquet is a notorious choke artist. 1 set in tennis means nothing.

I tend to get a bit negative at times. Oddly, as part of a mental handicap I'm certain, it seems to help my bet I believe. Sorry.

Nice win for Murray backers. Some good matches coming. Almagro, Del Potro, Murray all will be tough outs.

I understand. I just know in tennis especially you don't really know what's going to happen until midway through the 2nd game. I have seen countless matches just like this up 6-1 and then lose the next 3 straight. We both cashed on Murray so that's all that matters.
