Going with the total on this match. I think this match could go either way and I don't like the price for either player, but I think there's value in the total here. Djokovic hadn't dropped a set since Indian Wells - until Monte Carlo when he faced his only decent opponent in Dolgopolov. So I think that is indicative that Djoker isn't dominating this surface currently. So I like the chances of Berdych being able to take a set here. Since Djoker losing in straight sets is something I don't see happening at all, the OVER has to rely on Berdych being able to take a set here, which I think there's a good chance of happening. 7-5 6-4 type victory would also cash this but I think this would be more unlikely given how both players have been playing thus far - and a three-setter might be needed for this.
