#3I like to do this... pick who I think will win before the match. Then pick them to win the first set for decreased juice.
If they lose that set I can still pound them at decreased odds and I can even bet on them to win the next set(since if I still feel confident in them winning I doubt they'd drop 2 consecutive sets). The latter is optional.
If they win I can't bet on them to win the match though with the juice- but I'm okay with that. I can always make a small bet on the player before the match also.
