I think you'll still be ok but if you get worried, start to put some on Jankovic to win Caro's service games at plus whatever. I just don't see how she's going to break her tonight whereas Caro's all over her but these are women so you never know

This match is a travesty. Had a shower after the Tomic match and my hair will still be dripping wet by the time this one is done barring some sort of miracle comeback.

You see women like Clijsters and Li fighting it out on court... one's playing with a dud ankle and the other was so devastated after losing she started to bawl in her presser, got up and left. I think she's almost got the power to do it but she's not mentally strong enough or more importantly, doesn't have the style of play to get it done. Retrieving balls and waiting for errors is great in early rounds and smaller tourneys but you're not going to get past the big guns like that. She grinds it out in the smaller tournaments, collects wins and a ton of ranking points, turns up to Slams - and she's had some pretty wicked draws along the way - to collect more ranking points and ends up #1. But in those Slams she's coming up against smarter, stronger players who set their schedules to peak 4 times a year. She made it to the Final once and that was 2 1/2 yrs ago. Shocking when you think about it.

I kept saying after that tb, why didn't I even put $20 on Clijsters? Which I probably would've done and sounds really awesome after the fact but the rest of the story is that I also 95% would've had 30 other live bets spread around on totals, handicaps, etc between the two of them. I'm sure I would've been hooped too... only thing that saved me was a hot day here and a kiddie pool.

I did decently on this match (not as good as I could've because I hung around one game too long and pissed some cash back) but that's only because Woz has burnt me before so when I got up a decent amount and then lost 2 bets on a game, I bolted. Any other player and I would've stuck around and been smucked too. I keep saying to myself I'm going to go through my stats and see how often who are serving for the match get broken but I haven't managed to do it yet. Even during the past 2yrs I'd be curious to know because the number feels like it's quite big although that could just be the fluke of what I happen to watch.
