Looks like the 2009 USO all over again.

Might blow Fed off the court again.

hell no. Delpo is playing like a titan right now.

and I'm tellin ya, this Nadal fukk is the luckiest guy on the planet

      Djoker wins his half..

      Fed/Delpo plays winner of Nadal/Berdych

If Delpo were to beat Fed, he'd beat Nadal. But Fed will most likely win ... which means Nadal will work Fed's asshole in the semis. So Nadal get Birdy, then Fed.... then will finally have a match when he faces Djoker.

But Nadal dodged every bullet with his draw. It's simply unreal.

        Fed -310, +279

        wow.

hope Fed can somehow get past Delpo and Nadal to face Djoker in the finals... would be one of the biggest hyped finals in a while

Incredible value on Delpo here. If he beats Fed, then he will definitely beat Nadal.

Federer is a man on a mission. I'm staying away. Federer was rolling people at the end of last year and has picked up where he left off.

could look at it that way... but the tour is so intense nowadays.. that all the players pack it in. the only guy who was prepared and ready for France and England at the end of the year was Fed... and so he won it. Djoker didn't even show up.

the world need Fed vs. Djoker... and Fed to lay the smackdown. Peace would then be restored in the universe.

DelPo has feasted on the weak thus far. This is the match where you found out where he is really at - since his return last year, he has not had a signature win against any of the Big Four. He did play Rafa tough @ Wimbledon, but we know Rafa was banged up there. He took a set off Djokovic @ Roland Garros, but was beaten pretty routinely in four. Nadal also beat him in straights in Miami. This is his first look at Federer since he returned. The thing I am not sure about with DelPo right now is how he will hold up fitness-wise in a Best of 5 if this goes 4 or 5 grueling sets. Certainly he has a chance, but I think DelPo is going to have to come out of the gates on-fire. His scorelines have not been indicative off his struggles to start matches in Melbourne.

I have a DelPo future and I'm just gonna let it ride here. It's such a big number that it's worth just letting it roll and see what happens. Hopefully the match lives up to the hype.

federer won't be denied. he has completely changed his style since that 09 match. like i said earlier this year in that thread, federer is moving into another era of domination even at 30 years old. he's taking down 1-2 majors this year.

if Nadal works his asshole in the semis, then Fed will win nothing this year.... b/c then he'd have to get through Nadal/Djok in Roland Garros... he'd lose yet again... and then it'd be almost 2 years w/o a major and that on his mind.

                    This tourney is VERY important
