For those skipping the Olympic wagering, just looking at the DC lineup. Roddick is the big name again. Watch his first match - if he struggles with confidence/injury, you might get to pluck a good dog price in the next round. Del Potro will have ZERO value in this tourney as I expect books to really mark him after his LA win.

    Monday
    Sela +130
    Reynolds +155

I think both are worth a look. Sela I really like over a very inconsistent Spadea. Spadea did advance in LA, but if you look at the results or saw any of it - he was the beneficiary of some pretty lame tennis by his opponents. Sela lost to Delic who had a nice run & I think that was a revenge match as well. I think Sela's return game/speed could frustrate Spadea.

Reynolds might a reach over Gicquel who did have an OK run in LA, until Roddick stopped him. Howver Gicquel didn't exactly beat up on world beaters, taking out Donald Young and a WC entry.

I think one of these cashes & won't be shocked if both do. Good luck.

staying away from the olympics, a lof of extra elements to consider there, DC being a home town tournament is a main emphasis for me this week.

like your pick with sela +130 (really good line), but staying away due to spadea having some sort of run this summer.

dy should not be favorite against anybody -160 give me f break.

my only pick for today devverman against dent -220 for half a unit.

like your pick of reynolds against gicquel but once again staying away.

Yeah I am just coasting right now with a small bank roll. I'm re-upping the day before the Open begins to play a couple futures shots/US Open & of course for football!

              Tuesday
              Gremelmayr +105
              Grosjean -115

Had to take a shot here for + money. Troicki doesn't have much hard court form to go on, but Gremelmayr was a pleasant if not shocking semifinalist in LA. He scalped Safin & F.Lopez. If Gremelmayr takes the confidence from last week's tourney into this match, I think he's got a good shot to pull it off.

Grosjean frustrated the F outta me last week when I took him over Spadea. I think his time off really showed as Spadea was ripe for the plucking that day, but Grosjean faltered late in the 2nd & unravelled in the 3rd. Still, Grosjean made it through that 3 setter and seems to be healthy. Schwank is a better clay courter and may not be ready to adapt to the hard court for the first time since April when he won a smaller event where the best player he beat was ranked 134th in the world.

              Bigger wager/higher confidence is Gremelmayr.

i am going with grosjean as well, staying away from gremlin, was not impressed with him at all against roddick, and troicki is a big dude, dont like betting against big guys on the fast surface.

Gremelmayr coughed it up quick. Straight set defeat. His serve was crapola. Troicki didn't have to do much to win easily.

Misery loves company I guess, I am getting burned on Kunitsyn, how you blow 5-3 lead in the tie break, just lose already stop torturing me with hope, I have a feeling that grosjean will lose as well, just one of those days.

Yep. Grosjean did about the same as last week. Man I am kicking myself for not taking Kendrick. I faded Lopez last week & thought about it real hard because he has no form on hard courts. F!

At least Kunitsyn came back for you. Gonna be some interesting lines in the next round with Safin & Fish out. Might be a couple good shots to hit some dogs somewhere.

isner at -160 a little too expensive, i am staying away getting ready for tomorrows action, a lot of close lines tomorrow.

Winning the bets I don't make & losing the ones I do. Let's reverse the curse.

                                  Reynolds +115
This one starts at around 5pm ET. I'm just not sold on Troicki being in solid form on hard court. He beat Gremelmyr in the 1st round, but outside of last week's surprise - Gremelmyr was not good on hard courts. Reynolds battled through a 3 setter with crafty Marc Gicquel & while not dominating on the surface, Reynolds has shown the ability to fight hard in almost every match. Even if he loses, Reynolds at + money is the way to go today for me.

                                  Devvarman -110
Take a look at this one as well for the 7:30pm ET start. This kid is going to be on the radar in the coming year I think as he's only turned pro this year. Solid collegian and he just beat Kendrick in straights in July. Kendrick could let down after the big win over F.Lopez. Nice spot I think.

Actually, I took a shot with Schwank +550 TODAY. I don't think this play is as strong as Li was this morning, but I feel it merited a small play.

Not looking bad in the 1st. F-ing Reynolds played exactly to specification. Up a break in the 3rd set, he folds and loses. Meh.

Good pick Buddy. If I had any free money left, that was gonna be my play for today. I think the 3 setter vs. Kendrick is actually going to be advantageous in toughening the kid up. Good Luck!

Roddick continuing to show why no one in their right mind should bet on him in the US Open. Bagels Troicki in the opening set & then disappears for 2-6 in the 2nd. It's pretty easy to figure it out for Roddick - if he has his first serve going, he can't be broken much. If he has to rely on his 2nd serve, he's very, very ordinary.

Then he loses 6-4 in the 3rd. If Roddick gets past the round of 16, It's an upset. That idiot and his "camp" gave Darren Cahill hell for suggesting he take off the rest of the year to retool his game .... that is the only way Roddick ever does shit again in this sport is to completely retool his game. You can't win shit relying totally on your serve and your opponent imploding.

I don't have a price, but I assume Haas is a dog vs. Del Potro in the semis. Mortgage your GF's vagina and take Haas. Really? Yeah.
