I really believe that this play has some great value that doesn't come along everyday.
Starting at 3 PM EST Bobby Reynolds will be playing Jarmere Jenkins in the second round of the challenger at Charlottesville and is a -350 favorite. This is good value considering Reynolds is a proven veteran currently ranked 120 in the world. Jenkins is playing the tournament because he goes to college at UVA and they are playing at the Boars Head Club where the university of Virginia plays a bunch of their college matches. Jenkins has had a good run winning three rounds in the qualifying and beating Duclos of Canada in the first round but Jenkins run is about to end. Jenkins is very quick and athletic on the court but he doesn't have the weapons to take out a player of Reynolds caliber. Jenkins, a collegiate tennis player and was playing 4 last year for UVA and recently just lost in the second round of the ITA college championships in Tulsa. If he can't make it past the second round there its highly unlikely he can pull of a win in this spot. I expect Reynolds to have a straight set win.
Later tonight Somdev Devvarman is a -350 favorite as of right now on Bodog vs. American Denis Kudla. I placed my wager when he was at -280 but it has jumped fast. Devvarman top 100 in the world has been playing world tour events and is at a different level than the young American. Last time they played Somdev was a 6-1 6-1 victor. Somdev is also playing in front of a huge home crowd that absolutely loves him because he played four years of tennis at UVA. Somdev will never lose in this spot at UVA against someone he should easily beat.
Parlay these two and it is some great value risk 100 to win 65 - I am definitely going to use these two matches and add other bets probably some college football games. As I said it had better value earlier but still I think this is as close as free money!
