#8Accu, and whomever else who might be interested in following here. Let me just make something clear. This is not a pick I would share if I felt uncomfortable at all.
I've been very disciplined lately, rallying from around 13 units down, so naturally I've passed on many heavily favored players lately, in fact I posted two +450 dogs which cashed within the last week.
However, there are times where the rubber meets the road, or whatever that saying is- and this is one of them. I'm going to stress bankroll management, but also going to suggest betting this play soundly.
ROGER FEDERER -450
Guys, a bet like this doesn't come all the time, I'll do a writeup if you're interested... The # will get worse by tomorrow...Comment -

#13This isn't a game you want to steer clear of because it 'looks expensive'. In reality this is a line which should be much higher. There's a # of reasons why we're getting this great price, but for the most part it's because of Rogers recent form.
He lost to Rafa at French, we all pretty much figured he would, bookies alike. The whirlwind began however when he lost at Wimbledon finals to Rafa, only this time ending his immaculate streak on grass as well as his bid for six straight Wimbledon titles. The loss seemed to have stuck with Roger, as he committed an astonishing # of errors his first match post Wimbledon, and ultimately fell to the hand of red hot Indianapolis winner Gilles Simon in 3 sets.
His early departure was a shock to many and indeed a disappointment for Roger, his performance did nothing to quiet the masses of Rafa bandwagon fans who've suggested his head is still not in the game since Rafa has had his #. And while he did come out a bit shaky against American Robby Ginepri, there were the customary moments of greatness in which Federer made clear he is currently world #1 for a reason. Federer was broken while serving for set in set one, came from down a break while Ginepri served for match in set two, and delivered a bagel beating to the tune of 6-0 in the decider.
Ivo Karlovic has been an absolute whipping rod for Federer, as Federer leads the H2H 6-0. Federer has won all but 2 sets throughout those matches, and broken the big serving Karlo 10 times compared to 3. I don't expect many breaks of serve in this match, however I do foresee a comprehensive performance for Federer with Nadal on his heels for that #1 ranking which he's held for so long. If last match didn't wake Fedex from his slumber, I'm afraid nothing will. On the tennis side of the coin, this match is off Federers racket, Karlo's big serve does afford him a # of cheap points but the Croatian is known to get lost on his second serve and Federer should sniff himself enough opportunities for a needed break or two. One break per set is almost a double break here considering how mismatched Karlo will be returning Rogers serve. It would take a monumental collapse for the world #1 to take an early exit here, and that's what I'm betting against.

#15Crazyl ... this is a very good pick!!
It is very clear that after Feds last match ... his last set was simply seeing Feds wake up call ... this is indeed a great opportunity to load on FED and take it to the bank. Im going in big today ... will await it for another few hours though.Comment -

#29CrazyL:
giving out -450 plays reminds me of my long lost friend and sbr tout Bradley Snider.
He would give out four heavy chalk plays a day and lose half of them.
Play Montreal tonight in CFL, it will get you some of your losses back.Comment -

#30I've only had two big blows since Wimbledon like this, and this was the 2nd of them, my other plays have been all kinds of odds sprinkled in, including cashing a couple of +450 and +400 dogs just this week. It's unfortunate that Federer lost in that fashion, but that's gambling. Tennis is a different animal than other sports as the majority of games, if you're examining a favorite, will have a good deal of chalk involved. So unless you specifically rule out betting above a certain price, these things are bound to happen. Unfortunately that occurred tonight.

Of course no one can be perfect and sometimes this just happens. It's a fact of gambling.Comment
