Don't sleep on Granollers, he's not all that bad on this surface despite the common perception. This year alone he's beaten some decent hard court types on this surface. End of the day this being what it is, it's a toss-up. Bogomolov has had a very solid year as a late bloomer on hard courts ...

I feel beating simon with his last win is better than Bogomolov beating Nieminen. I feel Simon is better than him. The game will do the talking but I see Granollers here.

um, how is that? I'd say their form on hard is pretty even, bogo has been a bit unlucky drawing hot mugray in the past few tournaments, granollers rolled an out of sorts simon, is that how you're gauging his form?

I read reports that Simon had an obscene amount of unforced errors in that one.. Still Granollers had a great late clay court season run and a very good showing at US open, so this really could go either way
