Line is pretty low, all you need is one tie-break for it to hit, fairly sure this goes to 3 anyway.

If you can't play over I wouldn't touch it as it's pretty much a coin toss.

I think no. Georges has ability but isn't generally very reliable and can tank games at the drop of a hat.
