Had to look up who Weintraub is.

He has never played in a major, and has only once even participated in qualifying (2011 Australian, lost in first Q round).

But at 190 something, he's Israel's second highest ranked singles player.

Yep. Sela is the only decent men's player, and outside of Peer, I haven't heard of any female players, so I think she'd be the only decent female player.
