I know it's a day away, but I'd have to say I wouldn't be surprised to be Lisicki as a slight favourite here. Vera's had a rough tournament and is always prone to mental mishaps and Lisicki has been tearing it up and coming in strong and confident. I think it's even -105/-105 or -110/-110 depending on the book.

Wow, pretty damn neck-and-neck.
Don't get me wrong, I'd like to see Zvonareva win a major someday because she has a very endearing personality and seems to do a lot of charitable work with her winnings. However, since her Wimbledon run, Lisicki has been a machine, and only bad performance was the exit in Cincy, though notably she came back from 5-0 down to force a tiebreak. But you're 100% right, that win in Karlsbad was a solid win for Vera, but close fought. I just think Lisicki has the mental toughness to outlast Zvonareva on this big stage, and may get more crowd support. Only play I'd really say would be a 'safe' bet would be the over on games played, because it should be a solid match.
I like both women and probably will be rooting for the winner of this match all the way to the finals.Comment -
