    SBR Sportsbook (players retire)
I could have sworn the sportbook graded matches as W/L when at least one set was completed? Is this correct or are matches considered no action if they are not completed?

No, that's incorrect. Two sets need to be completed for the bet to stand, even for the women.

The rules can be found under "Sportsbook Rules" in the book.

"Games are official after two complete sets of play. If there is a retirement in the third set of play, action still stands."
