But you don't serve the same way on clay that you do on hard courts, well I mean you do if you're just a power player who is trying to get aces and has nothing else to offer - but guys with an all-around game don't go for strictly speed on clay.

This is what I was saying in my thread about why I dropped my Larsson bet. Something with these balls is favouring the big servers. Raonic aside - who was nursing a back issue - big servers are having more success than normal here and it's due to the change in balls.

Interesting point, but who else has it really benefited? Outside of Isner today, I haven't seen a surprising result where a big serve got by with just his serve. Maybe Querrey, but I think more of that is Kohlschreiber sucks because it was not competitive really. This match obviously is with the serve being a huge factor.
