The difference in this was cheap serve points. Novak isn't a better player, but Nadal's serves are all returnable. He has to work for his points. Novak can just cash a forehand if his gets returned softly.

Exactly. Rafa is almost unbeatable on clay of course, but people forget that Djoker grew up playing on this stuff. He is solid on the clay. I had Rafa at about 55% to win this match today, no way in heck he was a 75% favorite.
