Just wanted to start a thread to see how well my tennis knowledge translates into beating the tennis odds makers. With the French Open coming up, I am excited to make some clay court picks and I am predicting success! I will track my plays and units won. Follow for some good tennis insight!

I will have some Barcelona plays coming up soon, I'm excited to track these! Also, there will very rarely be any women's picks, mainly because watching those matches is like watching paint dry and I don't want to invest any of my time researching picks on them. The ATP is where it's at!Comment -
Let's get it started! I've got two plays to start with tomorrow. I'll say that one unit is $100, that should make it easy to do the math for whatever bankroll you are playing with.
Belucci -135, bet $135 (Both players are dirtballers, Belucci played well last year in Barcelona, the faster conditions should favor his big serve)
Parlay Granollers -400/Cuevas -300, bet 150 (Brands is not known as a clay courter and has not done anything notable recently, Cuevas is playing well on clay and Anderson is a little banged up, has to serve lights out to win this one.

JC Ferrero(one unit to win 1.3 units) Ferrero loves the clay and Malisse just wants to look pretty out there.
Raonic/Gasquet Parlay(2 units to win 2.88 units) Raonic has too big a game for the crafty vet and although Chela is a clay courter, Gasquet looked good in Monte Carlo, pushing Nadal a little bit, he is back to form.Comment -

Parlay Raonic-350/Melzer-320, bet 1.45 units to win 1 unit. Also, let me know if you guys have the same thing at your book on Davydenko getting +700 against a qualifier. I haven't heard anything about an injury or Russian mafia telling him to tank, but who knows!Comment -
Awesome, Raonic made it interesting, but pulled through for 3 winning plays in a row! I've got a nice one to keep it rolling tomorrow too. I'm gonna try to stay away from the live scoring so I don't have a heart attack on my next few plays though. Here it is!
Parlay Melzer-200/Nishikori-150, bet 2 units to win 3 units. Nishikori is playing very well, and well on the dirt too, Lopez isn't much of a clay courter and doesn't have enough fight in him to win another round. He'll have to serve out of his mind to win this one. Melzer is going to continue his good play, he gets better with age like a fine wine. He's got too much game for Montanes, different caliber player.Comment -

Parlay Monaco-150/Haase-160, bet 1 unit to win 1.71 units (Monaco is a superior clay courter to Lopez and Feli is ready for a letdown after treeing in his home tourney, Haase is an up and coming talent with just too much game for Neimenin to handle, even though I love Jarkko!)Comment -

F.Gil , bet 1 unit to win 1.1 units. This man is in his home tourney coming off a great Monte Carlo tourney where he beat Monfils and looked very solid. Verdasco has looked terrible this year, looks like Gil Reyes isn't getting through to him!
Parlay Hanescu-225/Stepanek-350, bet 2.33 units to win 2 units. I like this alot because Dustin Brown just got a huge win, so he is ready for a letdown against an experience player in Stepanek(who is also a superior player to Brown). Kevin Anderson should find it tough sledding against Hanescu who plays his best tennis on clay and seems interested this week! Let's win some units! And go Bulls!Comment -

Lots of interesting underdog plays out there this morning!
I'm going with a few of them for some nice action.
Soderling +130, bet 1 unit to win 1.3 units. Battle of the big guys, Soderling's game is starting to come around game just in time for the French Open.
Davydenko +120, bet 1 unit to win 1.2 units. Cilic is not his best on clay, neither is Davydenko. I don't think the big man can get enough free points to win this.
Raonic +170, bet 1 unit to win 1.7 units. When are people going to give this stud some credit? He is proving he can play well on all surfaces.

Murray-300/Llodra-200, bet 2 units to win 2 units.
Murray is just a better, more offensive version of Giles Simon and Llodra is playing the low ranked Cipolla who struggled to beat our ugly American Roddick. Llodra can play some ball on clay even with his s&v style.Comment -
