CONTEST RULES

1. All entrants must pay 10 point fee upon submission of their entry. Any entrant who does not pay the 10 point entry fee by the time of the first match of the tournament will have their entry voided.

2. All matches must go at least one set to be ruled complete. Any match that ends prior to one complete set will see any picks associated with it cancelled.

3. All entries should be submitted via PM to EaglesPhan36 only. Entries are due by 1:00am ET on Monday to avoid any confusion about when matches start, etc. Any entry received after this time will not be considered for the contest.

4. Payout will be determined based on the number of entrants. Payments will be received upon completion of the tournament.

CONTEST FORMAT

Each entrant will submit the following via PM for their contest entry:

*Pick ONE unseeded player who you think will go the furthest in the tournament. You get 10 points for each match they win and 25 bonus points for any seeded player {1-8** that they beat. If your unseeded player makes the semifinals, you receive an additional 25 points, 50 points if they make the final and 100 points if your selection wins the tournament.

*Select ONE seeded player {1-8** for the tournament. You get 10 points for each win they get in the tournament. For any loss when they are listed as a -200 favorite or larger, you LOSE 20 points. If your seeded player makes the final, you receive an additional 25 points and 75 points if your pick wins the tournament.

*Pick the Four Semifinalists & The Champion. You get 25 points for each correct semifinalist. A 100 point bonus for picking all four correctly. You get 75 points for picking the correct champion. This is in addition to the points you get from your unseeded & seeded players.

*TIE BREAKER: Pick the number of seeded players you think will be in the semifinals. NOTE that this will only be used if there is a tie in the standings at the end of the tournament.

So your entry should look like this:

If you have any questions, just ask. Will list entries received on Monday morning following the deadline as well as payout information. Make sure you consult the draw linked in the first post of this thread for the brackets for the tournament as well as a list of the 1-8 seeds.
