Wow some great matches that I missed last night. Tsonga comes back from 2 sets down to win in five. I knew that Hewitt match was going five sets damn. I picked Hewitt though for the contest geez. Was totally on the fence about that one

Haase really jumped out at me here for some reason. He has been playing alot of tennis so far in the new year and hasn't been playing that bad. Part of this bet is probably also a bet against Monaco.

Verdasco is a decent price so I figured I would take a shot on him. He's 1-2 vs Tips in his career and has lost 7 of his last 10 matches that he has played.......why am I taking him here then haha. Tips is 4-1 so far this year but he hasn't beat anyone that is good so that record can be decieving. If both players show up I feel that Verdasco is the better player of the two so I am going to take my chance on him here. The odds are low enough so that if the play blows up in my face that it won't hurt to much. Won't be backing Verdasco as a big favorite any time soon though if he does advance here. This is just a gut feeling here with this match

Berdych/Sharapova is the chalk parlay of the day. What I like about Berdych here is that he is clearly the better player AND he is playing Kohlschreiber who had a marathon five set match just a couple of days ago. The head to head is 5-1 for Berdych though the majority of those matches were many years ago. Sharapova on the other hand has been playing some sloppy tennis but she is playing Razzano and should have no problem beating her as long as she can limit her unforced errors and keep her serve under control. Doubt this will be a 6-2 6-1 type of game because Sharapova likes to throw in some loose service games here and there to make things interesting. Razzano has been playing well coming into this match winning 5 of her 6 matches to start the year but she hasn't beaten any top players in that span so take that stat as you will.

Were lots of big numbers on the board today especially in womens tennis. Though the big favs will likely win, I really don't feel that anyone should be betting them at those ridiculous prices. Cibulkova -560... Venus -2000..... Bartoli -900... Azarenka a girl with a history of shady matches -3500 haha..... Wickmayer who barely got to this round -345.....you get the idea. I really really want to get a little bit of action on the underdogs in all of those matches but it would probably be a losing proposition since the favs will probably win but still those prices are just retarded. Makes these early round matches unbettable basically because you don't want to risk losing any money on a player that is not very good but then you don't want to bet on the favorite because her price is to high and even if they are included in a parlay they won't affect the payout to much. Oh well

Ya Berdych has been bet so hard over night. Kohl coming off a tough five setter and Berdych's head to head career vs Kohl add up to the public loving the Berdych play.

Sharapova is going to be ugly out there tonight but she will probably get it done. Women's tennis is so poor that a ranked player can play horrible tennis and still have a shot right to the end. Just look at Ana last night. That match was there for the taking.Both players had so many chances. Maria match tonight could go three sets because of Maria playing like crap but no matter how long it goes, have to favor her in the end.

Could be some upsets tonight.Just wish we all knew which match. Whenever I bet a massive dog that player always gets beat down so bad and I wonder why the **** did I bet this shitty player anyways....like Volandri in round 1. Thats why I usually just leave the dog bets alone but if there was a big upset tonight I sure wouldn't fall off my chair.Very possible. Dimitrov will give Wawrinka a run, I believe. Dimitrov is a Federer clone and has been given that distinction as the next big thing for two years, but hasn't broken through yet. Followed Dimitrov closely last year and if he gets that breakout win in a Slam, he's here to stay. Don't know if that will be tonight, but I won't be shocked. Lots of people apparently jumped on him earlier today because the price got pounded down for awhile.
