Murray has shown no mercy here in shanghai and hes going to have that aussie final in his head for some payback...Fed of course will be favored but I personally will wait to let it rise then take murray maybe..

Agreed Murray has played super here. Good enough I'm hoping to get a decent line on Fed!

The way he handled the Joker today was mighty impressive and his forehand was on song. Anything below -140 and I'm in for a 10U style bet.

Fed is -208 on Pinny, books have that about spot on - no value unfortunately. Might consider the -3 play at -108 but only small and to make watching the game interesting.

Even though Murray has had a superb week of tennis, so has Fed. Track record is against Murray and I expect it to stay the same. Very generous handicap by the bookies.

Its still value if you are confident he will win. I didnt expect Federer to be this much of a favourite but that wont stop me from betting him. I wouldn't play the -3 just incase its a 7/6 7/6 game as they are both in fantastic form going into this game. Feder straight on the ML in this one for me.

I noticed this as well. In all actuality this matchup statistically is close to a Pickem but given Fed's recent play the line adjusts accordingly.

Last time they played Murray won but don't think Fed hasn't remembered that. It was the same against Djokovic there was a distinct - albeit more recent and pronounced - revenge factor for the loss at the US.

Unlike other players Fed often plays much better when rested and giving 100%, and Murray has been on the circuit consistently for the last few months. He also lost to Ljubicic this time last week.

I've decided to play Fed 4U to win 2U. I'm also putting 2U on a 2-0 win with 0.5 UNIT on a 2-1 win as a hedge.

Obviously if Murray wins I'm up shit creek

These announcers do suck. Almost as bad as Aussie ones calling a Hewitt match.

Hate seeing Fed lose to Murray again. I really, really, really don't like Murray. Not sure why. He always looks like he's a mess out there - frizzy hair all over the place, socks pulled up to his chin. Sorry, just being a bitch.
