i'm planning on taking part. I think that the bonus points for underdogs will make things a bit confusing...i think there are other ways to break ties, like predicting total games.

JJ, this is how we've been posting the contests for awhile. It's not that difficult whereas taking a screenshot, trying to make it appear visible in a post and then receiving everyone's entries in 45 different formats, is. You did it for the women with no problem, just try to do it for the men's.

Yeah, it does take a bit of time but that's why I started it at Round 3. Normally the contests started at Round 1 and we had to make picks all the way through when there were still a truckload of people in the tournament. Plus I think the fact that by only having to pay 15 for a chance to make a couple hundred points at least, we should have to do a little bit of work considering tennis contests usually see much fewer entrants than a baseball one for example.

My suggestion for the future would be that perhaps we begin the contest from the first round so the window of opportunity to make selections is a bit greater. This contest hasn't started yet. It begins at 11am EDT tomorrow.

A few people are already voicing their displeasure at having to pick from Round 3 because it's too time-consuming as it is and from the contest suggestion thread I started, it seems most people agreed that choosing from Round 1 required way too much time so that's why it started when it did - to allow those to enter who don't have an hour or more to devote making picks involving names that they don't know for the most part in Round 1.

I've refunded your points back to the post above for the women's contest. If you prefer not to enter the men's, just let me know and I'll refund those as well.
