The good thing is they're starting to get warned about it once in awhile. For the most part they use it as a tool to distract their opponents but if you can't play a match without resorting to that nonsense to win then you shouldn't be playing at all.

The amount of noise female tennis players make now makes me turn it off. I was under the impression that making sounds like that was considered distracting to your opponent and unsportsmanlike, but I guess I am wrong.
