Never ever bet on that kind of game! One is just lucky to have won. It was more of a gut bet on my part.

Yeah, I just couldn't bring myself to do it. The quality of tennis this week has driven me batty all-around so I wasn't willing to subject myself to having money ride on a match that was most likely going to be scrubfest. I'm happy to see your gut instinct paid off though - it's always great when that happens! It almost makes up for those times that we cap the hell out of matches only to lose in the end.

If he doesn't make the Final, I may hang it up for awhile myself because it'll be obvious that I don't know jack about jack when it comes to tennis.

Fish was pretty lazy last match, bit worrying. He does need the points though, way down the rankings at present.
