livexscore.com has the fastest score updates

I've been happy with tennisbetsite.com
Gives as close to real-time updates on actual points each game and viewable on cell phone, unlike other websites that require java or other computer software etc.
Livescores.com is pretty good but only updates games per set, not actual points, or who is serving.

If you want the scores for the French Open and have an iphone then get the French Open app. It's really good. Used it today for the livescores.As up to date as the slamtracker on the site
