    Barcelona, Lappenti......???
odds for Lappenti dropped from 3.11 to 2.73, spread changed from +4,5 to 3,5, 1st set dropped from 2.66 to 2.42, total changed from 20,5 to 21.5....
What does it mean?.....Lappenti is going to win the match?.....or to win only first set and to lose the match?
    Opinions much appreciated....

wow, booked melzer , like you can see in my thread, for 1.40 in my parlay with gulbis and monaco..

what could be with melzer? he didnt looked good at monte carlo, but i dont know anything about a injury or others reason for that linemovement. but the books maybe know more than we do...

                      at bet365 melzer is now 1.61 / lapentti 2.20 ... fvck !

when monaco and gulbis win their matches, it will be expensive to hedge..

Can't read all the info because I am not a subscriber and only see bits & pieces, but at tennisinsight.com it appears there may have been travel concerns with Melzer due to the volcanic ash deal & air travel where he may have arrived late and not got to prepare, also possible news that his coach did not travel with him. That's all I can gather from there, if anyone subscribes to it and wants to log-in and read the comments, that'd help.

Otherwise, this is one of the biggest line movements I can ever recall.

The other thing to consider is there may have been support for Lapennti based on his last two tries at this tournament where he did okay vs. Melzer who has never won here & lost to Lapennti in 2004 here. That has absolutely no bearing on the match to me, but some people think oddly. We'll find out shortly what the deal is.

That does not surprise me with the wild line movement. It wasn't listed at 5Dimes this morning either. So I am guessing many places too the match off the board. This will be interesting.

We're gonna find something out in this 2nd set because so far Melzer is doing okay, winning the 1st set: 6-3. He wasn't overpowering, but saved his breakers & converted Lapentti's.

Tennis line movements will drive you crazy if you let them. If you cap a match for a person to win, stick with that person ... or if you see the line movement, I'd say make it a no bet at worst, but never change your mind to take the other player based solely on line movement.

Might work sometimes, but I think more often than not it screws you to over think.
