    Lucky Losers in ATP events...
My understanding is that they are players that lose in the qualies that get in the main draw when another player withdraws.Usually the highest ranked one gets in? Correct me if im wrong.

The reason I bring this up is becasue I was bored today and checked the record of all the LL's from last seasons ATP tour.

    They sure were not losers..

    Record...30-33...5-10 in majors..

And in 1992, while Yugoslavia had initially qualified to participate in the European Championship Finals in Sweden, the team ultimately was not allowed to participate due to the war that was plaguing the country, the Denmark players were called hastily to return home from their vacations and take Yugoslavia's place.

Denmark would go on to win the Euro, which was their first and remains their only national football crown...

Maybe they should plan some family vacations during the upcoming world cup.

P.S. - On their road to football history, Denmark had to defeat the defending champions Netherlands in the semifinals and reigning world champions Germany in the final.
