it's tough to tell querreys motivation as usual, no need for 250s anymore. you guys knew brown had a shot at newport but didnt bet it, anderson is in good form but its still tough to play. ill be rooting for anderson nonetheless

That's exactly the reason JNic. The only reason why I might feel a bit differently is this being a home town tournament and defending champ. Anderson though in good form. Wish my book had a total games option for this match.

23.5 -113 here. Do you think that's decent? I suck at totals for the most part so I'll defer to your judgment on this one. I'm already on Anderson with the handicap but I'm seriously debating taking him on the ML for a little too. I'll probably never forgive Querrey for the French.

23.5 might just be half a point higher than I would like as I could see 7-6, 6-4 (damn these books know what they are doing lol).

The last two meetings between these 2 on hard courts have gone 3 sets, and that was when Anderson sucked.

On current form, I'd say he's the better play. Throw away the h2h record. Querrey may be 3-0 in the h2h but Anderson is fast improving.

Querrey may start slow, but Querrey will finish strog IMO. Since he has not played for over a month, Anderson may well take the opening set. Querrey has tons of points to defend this summer because of how he played last year. You can question his motivation perhaps, but in all honesty if Anderson didn't win a few matches last week - Querrey would have been a -300 or more favorite tonight. I think this one will go 3 sets, but I think the Samurai slices and dices to the next round. I like over 23.5 best because it could happen in two sets and will be a definite casher in 3.

Yes, motivation is also a point here. Anderson has a very good chance of winning the first set and you never know what'll happen thereafter. I did a small play on Anderson ML.
