12 games in a row for davy - not a good investment of 300 bucks there andrewaxia.

Hoping Gulbis can finish it off and Karlovic come back.

Have more plays for this afternoon/night matches but need Karlovic or at least Gulbis to come through (I set aside a specific amount for each sports per tournament)

Because 4 thousand is the same as 50,000....

I don't know why people would make up betting thousands on a game unless they did....if that was me and I had 5,000 to lose a tournament I would enjoy my money and bet a small amount for fun...

if anybody bet 5.000 in a game, this person have 200.000 or more. I know peoples betting 10.000$ or more each game. To me is a lot of money, but to another people 5.000 is a very small part of bankroll.

I went back and forth between Kirilenko and Peer. Peer did not impress me in her first round match and I thought she would lose to Rybarikova last night, and won 1 and 0. Afterwords Rybarikova admitted she gave up because she couldn't concentrate from the Israeli protests outside the stadium. From all accounts they protesters are extremly loud, yesterday worse than day 1, and the leader say's today will be worse. I keep on thinking Peer will be affected by this sooner than later. Kirilenko was also playing on another court during the time of the protests and she said although she definitely heard the noise she tried extremely hard to keep her concentration. To me this match can go either way. But for me the high odds and the potential distractions for Peer make me take Kirilenko.

Kim destroyed Sela in the US Open, and is a better hard court player. Odds are definitely a mistake in my opinion.

                                                      James Blake +112

Rarely to I back James Blake, especially when favorite, but I am making an exception in this case mostly since he's an underdog, serving well this tournament, and Monfils shoulder is a real concern here.

I'm on Blake too, Monfils said before his game with Serra he was feeling fatigued and then he had long 3 setter with him.

I found that line extremely low considering Henin has a 4-0 record against the Serb and now Ivanovic is not as good as back then (although the Serb is playing well this tournament). I'm not playing that match yet still need to look at several other factors.

The tournament stats between these 2 are dead even. Yes, Wickmayer hasn't dropped a set, but who has she played? Peer has battled the protests outside the courts the entire week and if they haven't bothered her now, they won't at all. I watched her matched yesterday and she played the entire time loose and with smiles. To me this is a dead even matchup with an EVER SO SLIGHT advantage to Wickmayer. I'll take my chances with the odds.

Ivanovic has reached a semifinal for the first time since Indian Wells last March and is playing full of confidence. This very well could be a typical WTA three-setter but the better player will come through at the end.
