I guess this is the right section of the forum to ask for opinions
It started a while ago during the US open, a few rounds before the finals. We were talking about putting together a decent amount of money with some colleagues & bet it on Kim Clijsters winning the US Open while the odds were 17 to 1.... but never got to the actual bet. Felt kinda bad when it was all over the news here in belgium that she actually won...
few days ago me & a colleague got pretty drunk & started talking about it again. Small difference : i opened an account at pinny in the meantime :s So without really thinking it through or even reading up on it for the slightest bit, we threw down 100 euro's on Kim to win the Australian Open (for me that's a 4 unit bet - pretty big for me; yeye i know i'm a lowballer
) @ +455 odds. at the time of the bet we never even considered how she won the US open (was she in the lead at the time of the 'incident'?) & didn't notice the the Other Belgian Henin was also in the run again
Now.. since i'm bored (& not very sober
) i was wondering if i should say goodbye to my moneys or does she have a chance?
