    Rafa/DelPo
I'm taking my shot here at +115 for Del Potro. I've been waiting for "the next big thing" to finally make his move. He made one step to get to the semis and this is his big shot at a final. Rafa had played exceptionally well with his injury & I don't think the extra hassle with the rain is going to fatigue him one bit, but I do think the game of Del Potro could. If Del Potro comes to play from point #1, he will win this IMO. He cannot show up like he did against Cilic and just hope to turn it on when things go wrong ... Rafa will eat him up. The abdominal problems are not a big deal to me, I just think it's DelPo's time. This is his best shot. He's got a slightly less than 100% Nadal, plenty of rest and no excuses. DelPo will need to go all out and get some quick points, but also not be afraid to rally with Nadal and make the Spaniard work. I am really looking forward to this match because it's either Nadal smacking down the up & comer at less than 100% or Del Potro finally arriving on the scene where he belongs, top 5 and a threat to win majors.

If anyone wants Nadal in a SBR points wager, first reply will be taken as action. You take Rafa for 20 points if he wins. I take Del Potro and get 23 if he wins. 2 sets must be complete for action. Wager must be accepted by 12pm ET.

I'm going to go for Delpot also, but can't see him winning in 5, especially against a 5 set monster like Nadal. Can get +500 for Delpot 3-1, prolly go for that.

Sorry, but what can we use SBR points for at the end of the day? For entry for some contest? And what else?

          Thanks in advance!

Going to be one hell of a match in 1 hour time, i think Del Potro wins.

9/5 odds for what? A win by Nadal in 5 sets?

Didn't realize the final was going to be played tomorrow afternoon. Whomever prevails in this first semi has a huge advantage - even if it's against Federer.

DelPo up 5-2 in the 1st. Some really nice jobs saving break opps for him. He's hitting it hard and showing good court coverage. Obviously the question is can he keep it going for 4 or 5 sets?

Del Potro up 2 sets: 6-2, 6-2. See if he can get the kill.

DelPo breaks, up 2-0 in the 3rd. Welcome to the Woodshed Rafa. Finally, the future has arrived. Nadal may not be at his best here, but Del Potro is positively awesome today.

I picked Del Potro straight up in a contest, but didn't post it as a pick in my thread because it was too unpredictable.

Surprising result, because Nadal should've been able to keep it somewhat close.

He flat out whipped his ass and if he plays like this tomorrow, he can beat whoever is there - Federer or Djokoic. Very humble guy too like Rafa, hard not to like him.

Simply a bad matchup for Nadal, especially with his inability to serve this tournament.

I definitely agree, but he's had almost no success against the potential opponents.

                                      0-9 combined.

                                      0-7 in sets against Djokovic.

Only two sets won against Federer, but those were both this year in the French Open.

I just think his confidence on hard courts is sky high. The only thing that troubles me is the let down factor because he pretty much said the win against Nadal, getting to the Final, is the best moment of his life. Sounds like a guy who might fall into the "happy to be here" trap tomorrow. That's why frankly, I think Federer might be the better choice because it might fire him up to go against the guy who he blew that match to at the French.
