Korda wasn’t a bad pick.

Paolini looked like a bad pick from the score line, but I’m not so sure. I’ve never seen her give up like she did. She’s one of the toughest outs on the tour unless you can hit through her, which most can’t, including Andreeva. Andreeva gets crazy respect from the linesmakers. I guess she’s particularly good on clay, but she still seems overpriced in a lot of her matches. We’ll see if she continues to progress. Most her age succumb to the pressure.
