Doubt it. They just have to set the odds where they'd normally be in case he does play since he'd be such a favorite if he did play. You actually are getting a bit of a discount probably since he'd likely be -150 if he was guaranteed to play. Still a possibility but I'd say 95/5 he won't be there.

Payout for +150 is not even 2.5 times higher than -150.
95/5 can't possibly be right, then.
Maybe 60/40 to the 'will not be allowed to play'? I wouldn't go father than 75/25 for sure.
