dont recall a tourney switching surfaces because of rain if so its been awhile or I just wasnt paying attention defeats the whole purpose

I have not given this tourney much attention due to the rain and lack of play. Are you saying, that they are playing indoors - and if so, is that on grass or hardcourt indoor?
