Did anybody just watch the Tiebreaker? Tsistpas up 5-4 he hammers the ball 6 inches wide of the baseline right side on his forehand and nobody catches it. The commentator says surely thats wide.... nobody called it lol.

that point would have made it 5-5 in 2nd set tie breaker and on monfils serve.
He did end up losing the next point to lose the set and lose 7-4, but you don't know if score was 5-5 compared to 4-6 if that would have changed his mindset in that point.
Regardless, Monfils had 4 chances to break serve in set 3 and failed all those chances
3rd set tie break was competitive and only 1 mini break was enough for Tsitsipas.
Federer dominating now and you have to think he will be big favorite to win even though he lost in Australia against TsitsipasComment -
