    ferrer tuesday -140
    Ferrer's final tour
the end is very close but he is playing inspired tennis
easy setup for him vs Tennys Sandgren on Tuesday
Ferrer has Won Acapulco four times, made Finals another
and QF another. He has never not made it to Rd of 16.

I don't post in this subforum much anymore and post my tennis
bets in my all sports thread on Players Talk, but this match is calling me
to share opinion with you guys.
Sandgren has a lot of respect for Ferrer and if David's mobility doesn't get to him
something else probably will... Ferrer is a rock star in this tour to the tennis world.

Partially agree but it's hard to question the motivation on these guys retiring soon. When he announced that the AO was going to be his last Pretty much everyone knew that Lleyton Hewitt didn't have a lot of time left and his last year on the tour I think he made it past the first round of a slam once, lost leading 2-0 to Becker in Australia and had an awful record in general. Losing to players he usually beats. Makes it a bettors nightmare.

This guy loves the game, hes a competitor. Hes only retiring because his body wont hold up... if he didnt care he wouldnt have tried to win a challenger tournament last november.

Looks like there are too many matches and this is the last one of the Rd 1
so it will be tomorrow after all and the focus for the crowd at night
Remember the tournament is joint with WTA not split like most are.

Ferrer's motivation and form are both high. Placing him as the marquee match for Rd 1
This is his last tournament before two in Spain.

'The fact that David chose Acapulco as his last tournament before saying goodbye at home is very meaningful for us', said the Tournament Director Raul Zurutuza.'He is a player who we respect a lot and who the Mexican crowd loves. We will give him the goodbye the way it needs to be and we hope one day he will be back as a coach or just go to Acapulco to enjoy himself.'

              Line has risen to -155
