Szavay +130 (Schnyder)
Both have been really solid this week with the exception of Szavay's 13 double fault match where she still managed to win in 3. Szavay has never won a tournament in her home country, but this is her big shot. I think she's an under-rated clay courter who slips under the radar. She's gone 15-6 on dirt this season and has nice scalps of Azarenka & Venus Williams on the surface. Schynder also has some nice scalps of Serena, Jankovic & Petrova. All-in-all, see this as more of a toss-up and getting the better price on the home standing player is good enough for me. Double faults will rear their ugly head for both, but I think Szavay has a slightly better return game and might have the better nerve of the two as Schynder is notorious for choking - although more so in bigger tourneys.
