If Pliskova can keep this up and just get her 1st serves in we are going to have a quick, easy match. She won Brisbane, had an amazing AO run beating Serena and taking Halep to 3. I still don't get this line just as a superior vet who's been there. These 18 and 19 year olds can't keep winning. I'm 30 and I need my fellow kin to start being there!

I think the books start favouring the returners a bit on the slower courts like this one.. Isner just showed us this court is playing a bit faster this year

I looked at who both guys have played... id say its 50/50.. so 30-35 cents value on Aguer.. we cant bet against him imo... i just worry about the occasion, Coric has been here befor...

I agree with you on value. The young Canadian has proven me wrong in thinking it was a fluke. He's clearly here to make a name for himself. He's got talent out of this roof. Athleticism reminds me of a Monfils. I think he can make Coric move and force errors.

I'm going to back him. 1 underdog is bound to win today on the Men's side. Federer is the only true threat for another guy to grab their 1st ATP 1000. I think it's extra motivation for the guys who haven't been here yet.

Yeah it's not worth it now. At +220 I could have guaranteed a few grand. Hell, could have done 3k/6k and push or win 3k. I think Pliskova gets it done again. Let's hope, letting it ride.

EDIT - Broke her back. I'm gonna stick the foot down and win or lose. Last 3 hedges I did I cost myself the full cash. Let's ride, Pliskova!

Looked further into this. I have a stronger lean to o22.5. See a tiebreaker or a 3 setter to bring it over the edge. I think Auger-Aliassime is due to have a 3 set match and like Coric to be the one it's against.

Going into the tiebreaker, we look great. Glad I laid off of Auger even if he wins this. Coric wont let him pull away and vice versa. You are 100% right it was 50/50 so if you bet, you got to take Auger at +135.

This is really hurting, a late switch and Auger is up 4-0. o25.5 was -165 to start the 2nd. Now its not even going to be close. Stings lost the 3k from Pliskova on that, when we chatted the whole time about Auger ML +135.

Oh well, gotta stick with your gut as they say. Wang and Auger last minute switches hosed a perfect 5-figure day.

He had more unforced errors than Ive ever seen. Won only 42% of 2nd serves. That said, the chair ump was calling some bad serves. It got worst in the 4th game when Auger had two aces that were clearly out and Coric couldnt challenge? He wouldnt let him the announcers said. I didnt know you could not allow a player to challenge. After that, he just sat back and didnt care 1 bit.

Been meaning to ask you are one of the few people who use decimals who are from a place which use the opposite method. I've always personally hated any method that is not decimal based, and those stupid UK fractions are even worse but I guess it's just one of those things which people get used to.

Taking the 1st to 13 games on a 22.5 with the underdog winning the 1st is the absolute perfect scenario. And it plays out to unbelievable odds and a L. Taking tomorrow off. Good weather, beach day with the dog.

Amen, whichever system makes me have to think about it the least is what I take. No point seeing odds of "3/5" and working out in my head what the equivalent of that is and what the risk to win ratio is lol.

Yeah, decimals are the best. You can even do quick value calculations like 0.6 * 1.75 = 5% expected yield, how do you do that math with -133? Also some americans betting on dog lines seem to think they pay no juice, but they pay it with each winning bet.
