The odds were @+550 for Caruso and +500 for Andreozzi. I understand the lack of effort at a challenger event, my point being its difficult to predict the match at all when this happens.

They are playing that garbage tournament cause both are out of Indian Wells and werent planning it anyways. No motivation and books set the lines are super high cause of their names and rankings NOT TO MENTION both are known to throw matches in BIG tournaments.

Ive never witnessed Goffin to throw any matches. I know Millman has motivation issues at times. Both Andreozzi and Caruso are hot garbage on hardcourts, kinda why im suprised. A motivated fan would have been yelling shit at these clowns.

Neither of them is known for throwing matches. They are actually both pretty hardworking guys, but they are just humans at the end of the day, and everyone have bad days, and for two rather short guys who have a weak service and rely a lot on their grinding and running, are due to a "bad loss" once in a while when being out of form and meeting an opponent in form and inspired no matter how bad he usually is.

Well, you kind of called it yourself now. Wouldn't be surprised if Thiem showed up in beast mode. Thiem is hitting very hard here, and it can cause Federer some trouble, as he likes to take the ball early. Backhand wise Thiems backhand is also on fire atm, and the raw power he can hit with his backhand atm is also very troublesome for Federers backhand which have looked a bit shaky most of the tournament.
